Return and Exchange Policy for Genteel Garbs
At Genteel Garbs, we strive to provide you with high-quality clothing that you will love. We understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit, which is why we offer an exchange policy to accommodate your needs.
Returns:
At this time we do not accept returns due to ( The Nature of our products, hygiene concerns, and etc.). We encourage you to review product descriptions and sizing carefully before making a purchase. Your understanding is appreciated. Thanks for your support
Exchanges:
- We do not offer returns on our products. However, we are happy to facilitate exchanges to ensure all items meet the standard we want for our customers if your product is defective or not as described please contact us.
- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to notify us about an exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at Support@GenteelGarbs.com with your order details and the item you wish to exchange.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Final Notes:
- Once we receive your exchanged item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange and ship out the new item as soon as possible.
- Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons.
