 Next Day Air:

 3. DHL
 International Shipping:
 Delivery Time: 3-7 business days (varies by destination) - 
 Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the continental United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. -

Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping options that typically take 2-3 business days. Additional charges will apply. 

International Shipping: We currently offer shipping to select international locations. Delivery times and rates vary by country. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

 Processing Time - All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 Order Tracking - Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment and stay updated on its delivery status.

Delivery Issues - If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there are any discrepancies or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team at Support@GenteelGarbs.com for assistance. 

 Lost or Stolen Packages - Genteel Garbs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please reach out to the carrier for assistance.
